I am now at Singapore airport killing time until my flight to Sydney at 00.35. It’s currently 19.50

Found the Tiger beer bar which helped but the bad 1980s rock and bad R&B (is there any good R&B?) makes the time there a little odd, definitely a wry smile on my face.

The airport is fab, a welcome rest from the 13 hour flight I just had. The A380 was packed and full of kids that cried for hours, I ended up using my new headphones as earplugs, it also helped with the man snoring sitting behind me.

Been outside a few times but 30 degrees C and 80% humidity makes it close and clammy

Great movies on the plane (35 in total) and over 100 TV shows. Did watch ‘Paul’ on the way over which is a little childish but made me laugh

Anyway, arrive in Sydney at 10.20am tomorrow. Be great to get there
